Are you kidding me?? Well let me orient you a little bit, since you're new here. A lot of people have spent a lot of time generating and refining very creative improvements, and have become pretty turned off by your disregard of their efforts. You guys have generated a load of ill will toward your company with your silence. I know that because I've been reading the posts. Whoever is running your feedback program needs a staff psychologist to school you in consumer engagement. You think you're going to get the best feedback you can without steering the dialogue and rewarding your contributors with a little thanks and attention?
For god's sake, there are some fantastic ideas in here that are going to vastly improve your product, and you kiss the community off by saying you won't be participating?
What a joke.
Personally, I stopped evangelizing for the nike+ system a long time ago. My brother is going to be buying a Garmin. Had you engaged sooner and given the community some inkling that you were listening, I would have remained excited for the future of the system and badgered him into getting the Nike+. Now, I regretfully take grim pleasure in the idea of you discovering how much good will and excitement you've squandered. Good luck digging yourself out of the hole... -
You'd have to be an idiot not to agree with freeflow1 here. However, I went with illustrating my point with an animated pic of a monkey (ape) pissing into it's own mouth...I guess they've finally turned up again and deleted it, guess they didn't think too much of it.
TBH - I get the feeling this website is only here for some legal reason. But there's a loophole in the legislation that means that they don't have to look at it.

Thanks for the forums link. It's dumb to have getsatisfaction and forums for the same purpose. It's even worse that there is no obvious way to get to the forums but the "Feedback" link to getsatisfaction is always around. I wonder who's the brainchild behind that set up. -
Inappropriate?To the above 2 posts, perhaps you can't read but they say it's for gathering feedback. They don't say they'll respond to it, and they're clearly fixing stuff on the new site as it's improving all the time. It's not their fault you're incapable of using a perfectly good site that has a few bugs, none of which are showstoppers.

Inappropriate?Your recent updates made the work out that I did today not show up. Also i couldn't find the area that shows that I am sharing my activity on facebook. Your updates wants me to rate my previous run (last fri) with a smiley face or a number of others that I don't always use and feel i sould be promted to the minute that I log in to the web site.

Inappropriate?I think a year is PLENTY of time to gather feedback. I'm sure you've got all you need now and most of it comes from frustrated people who can't do what they'd like because the website doesn't work properly. Not the best way to ensure customer satisfaction is it? Do you have ANY intention of resolving these issues or are we just wasting our time providing you with feedback? Are you, in fact, going to acknowledge this with a reply??
