Training programs aren't migrated to new Nike+ site
The new Nike+ site doesn't incorporate my current training program (all my runs are transferred over, but not the training program I am on using the Coach system)

Inappropriate?The training programs that were on the old Nike+ site were one of the features that helped me factor in buying the Nike+. And not to mention I am already in a training program and the fact that the new site didn't carry over my old program is not cool.

Inappropriate?I called Nike Support and they referred me to nikeplus.com, which took me to the old site and all my data was there. The person on the phone told me both sites would be up for a while. So I guess until they fix it you can use the old site.

Yes, that is what I have been doing - switching between the two programs. It takes an extra step, but works all the same. -
Inappropriate?I noticed that in their FAQs they say that they're removing the training logs. Is this a consequence of that? I just want some reassurance that this problem will actually be fixed, or if not, that we'll be able to back-date a training program so that we can pick up where we left off. In the FAQs they say that they'll leave it up for "at least a few months", but my training program goes until November so I'd hate to have them take down the old site before then.

Inappropriate?agreed, no telling how long the old version will be maintained but based on the feedback, i assume a migration of training programs to the new version is in the works.

Inappropriate?I found that my training shows up on new site but not on old. I guess whichever page you're on when you start.(old or new) You are stuck with that version, no switching back and forth.

Inappropriate?I just changed my first training program (that I had not yet started) in the old site without trouble. As for the new site: it has frozen in the old workout and will not allow me to change anything. I keep being requested to login on the new website and none of the option tabs on the left of the page work.
This is by far THE WORST WEBSITE I HAVE EVER USED. I am returning this equipment tomorrrow before I lose my mind. I will buy a Garmin instead.
Get on the ball Nike. Your need to fire your website people for this disaster.

Inappropriate?I'm having the same issues with the Nike Coaches. Let's get this resolved Nike. I emailed you last week and still no answer. Where is your customer service? We all bought shoes, sensors, etc in order to use this crap and it doesn't work. Are you kidding me? We spent hard earned money on these things so we could do this and we can't do it. JUST DO IT!!!! Inappropriate?Wow...you have this great community platform with some of your most loyal and devoted customers asking for help and yet they are being ignored. Isn't the purpose of creating the community platform so you can allow your customers to not only connect with one another, but, for Nike to connect directly with them as well?
I hope you realize the importance of customer feedback and communities is a very powerful tool to help you achieve customer targets that were not possible in the past. Please do the right thing!!!
