Inappropriate?Yes, the coach workouts should be an option on the iPhone in My Workouts so that they are selectable for that days run. Adding it manually is too labor intensive... :-)

Inappropriate?The 5k program on iphone does this (tells you when to run, walk, cool down etc) kinda defeats the purpose of having nike+ though - boo. Wish I could do that with coach too ;)

Inappropriate?Yes, this would be ideal, as I am starting the walk to run programme.
Must be Apple Technology, (dont include sensible things and include them as an update that everyone is grateful for next time round).
