Inappropriate?Been asking for these options since Day #1. I love the idea and operation of the Nike+ accessory, and would have loved to give my money to Nike for this kind of usability. Got tired of waiting. Gave my $200 to Garmin for a ForeRunner 305 with all these features. Which, by the way, is an incredible piece of work! Figure it out, Nike. You got $20 for my running pod, Garmin got 10 times that because you're too lazy to get to work on a business plan.

Inappropriate?I run and cycle, as a combined program. Seems reasonable to develop a Nike+ product set that would work with cycling. As an intermediate work around, you could add a line of features that allows users to manually input ride data, to track their rides and total combined workouts. Triathlon training! I believe Garmin has products that allow this.
I’m anxious

Inappropriate?Garmin has some AWESOME solutions for riders. I bought a Forerunner 305, after months of deciding whether the $200 CAN was worth the effort. I think it is. The hardware and software actually allows Nike+ out of the water. With GPS, heart rate monitor, running shoe pod and cadence counter all in one package, Garmin's gear is incredible. The only thing that's missing is the online community (which I must admit is a HUGE part of why I still use my Nike+ kit with my iPod Touch).
Nike is missing the boat. I would have very willingly parted with the $200 to the benefit of Nike if they built their system into something more usable. Instead, and I've said it before, Nike got 20 bucks for the running pod, and Garmin got 200 for the real functionality I wanted. -
Inappropriate? Why are we still waiting for this to happen nike?

Inappropriate?Where is it already - given that Apple have shown that a heart rate monitor is in the works and they have done all the work their side - where is it? I mean are the R&D people at nike really that slow and lazy? Watch out - your competition is catchnig up aka addidas miCoach. I might have to try it out...
I’m pissed at Nike R&D

Inappropriate?I've lost all confidence in Nike. I haven't seen any move to develop ANYTHING past their crappy shoe pods with batteries that don't last. I've had it, I'm signing off here and I already have a Garmin Forerunner 305 *with* HRM and a site where you can add, delete, change workouts to your heart's content and a definite lack of Flash animation. It's sad because the Nike site had awesome potential and a great community of runners behind it, but I'm signing off here guys and girls.
BTW I have seen requests and discussions about changes here go totally unanswered for months and even years, so don't hold your breath waiting for any movement on Nike's part.
I’m frustrated.
