Inappropriate?very very good idea.
you should be able to export your running log(past runs) to excel to use as a personal log, and if following a COACH program, you should be able to export the planned runs as events on calendar software such as microsoft outlook.

Inappropriate?It is disappointing that data cannot be sent to excel, I thought Nike was better than that but it seems nobody is listening.
